OUR TAKE
Best fit: consolidating several communication purchases
Contiguity is a procurement candidate for a business assembling several communications workflows. Breadth may simplify account management. It also creates an obligation to separate channels, number models and operating permissions so the final order actually purchases the intended conversation path.
The package needs careful reading
The pricing page’s $19.99 Unlimited plan explicitly includes SMS, MMS and email, with a voice credit. Leasing a number is separate. The homepage also promotes iMessage, but the general bundle is not sufficient evidence of iMessage cost or production permissions. Ask the provider to itemize that channel and the identity customers will see.
Choose the destination for replies
A common SDK does not automatically give staff a common inbox or correct CRM history. Decide where incoming events, calls and emails are assigned. Demonstrate a returning contact using two channels and check whether operators can recognize one person without merging unrelated records. Confirm whether your chosen account configuration uses pooled or leased numbers.
Request a recovery plan
Ask how a business retrieves message status, exports context and continues support during an interruption. Claims about unlimited sending, perfect delivery or skipping approval processes do not constitute an operational guarantee. Obtain the actual terms for the intended geography and recipient journey, and trial the specifically quoted iMessage product before consolidating other services around it.
The decision in one sentence
Keep it on the procurement list if an itemized iMessage offer and the operator workflow match your broader channel needs.
