Blooio — buy the appropriate line

Blooio exposes number types, new-conversation allowances and reply-only permissions in its plan table. That makes it useful for a business separating a small experiment from a stable contact number used by a team.

OUR TAKE

Best fit: deciding which team needs a dedicated identity

The right Blooio tier depends on what your staff promise customers. A familiar line on a website, a pool used in an experiment and a reply-only agent are different operational requirements. Its public table makes those distinctions visible before procurement.

Separate the three business jobs

Commercial Shared is listed at $89 monthly with 15 new conversations daily. Commercial Dedicated is $289 and uses a number isolated to the workspace. Inbound is $98 and reply-only. Choosing a line for reminders or sales initiation from the Inbound column would be a mismatch even if the API and inbox otherwise looked suitable.

Evaluate the actual operator surface

The page lists team members, message history, integrations and varying analytics depth. Ask the provider to demonstrate your daily workflow in the tier being quoted. Include ownership transfer, an opted-out contact and a scheduled message. Scheduled outbound is unavailable on Inbound, so verify the journey against account permissions rather than a platform-wide feature list.

Keep the capacity promise grounded

Dedicated plans remove a per-message billing cap while retaining safety controls, organization limits and opt-outs. Confirm account-specific sending allowances and the meaning of any uptime commitment. Ask who recovers a line if it becomes unavailable, and whether staff can export enough context to continue support during an interruption.

The decision in one sentence

Use the plan table to choose identity and direction first, then examine the staff workflow on that exact tier.
